Windows 7 - my favorite keyboard shortcut

on

Basic (You must know)

  1. Copy and Paste 
    • Ctrl + C = copy files, copy words, copy anything 
    • Ctrl + V = paste files, paste words, paste anything

  2. Save
    • Ctrl + S = Save 
    • Ctrl + Alt + S = Save All

  3. Undo and Redo
    • Ctrl + Z = Undo
    • Ctrl + Y = Redo

  4. Find
    • Ctrl + F = Find

  5. Switch tasks
    • Alt + Tab = switch task, then press Tab to move to the next 
    • Windows + Tab = switch task in Aero 3D mode, then press Tab to move to the next
      • Aero 3D mode in switching tasks
  6. Select the whole word
    • Ctrl + Shift + ArrowLeft / ArrowRight to highlight and select the words 

 Advance (You maybe do not know)
  1. Window Explorer or My Computer
    • Windows + E

  2. Show Desktop and hide all windows
    • Windows + D

  3. Run dialog box
    • Windows + R

  4. Log off
    • Windows + L

  5. Projector Switch Mode
    • Windows + P

  6. Zoom in or out
    • "Windows" + "+" = Zoom in and press repeatedly to zoom deeper
    • "Windows" + "-" = Zoom out
